Choose from a number of meal options. I can customize my service to meet your needs by creating meals specific to your diet or recipes.

Weight Watchers, South Beach, low sodium/fat, diabetic or almost any special diet can be made. Meals can be packaged for one, two or four to six servings.

 Preparation with organic foods also available, by request, for an additional cost. Organic produce is currently used whenever possible.
